The 23-year-old blonde beauty showed off her phenomenal figure in a skimpy mini dress that showed off her ample cleavage.
Jess, who announced her split from Sammy Root earlier this month, paired the daring outfit with knee-high boots and carried her essentials in a small clutch.
She wore her blonde locks in soft beachy waves and opted for a glamorous makeup palette for her big night.

The Love Island graduates were out in force as Demi Jones, 25, who appeared on the sixth series of the dating show, was also in attendance.
She turned heads in a sizzling cut-out dress, which she paired with a red crossbody bag and matching heels to add a pop of color to the outfit.
The black strapless dress showed off Demi’s underboob and midriff, as well as her slender legs.
Demi, who was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in May 2021 and was given the all-clear in June, styled her caramel locks back into sleek bangs and sported a bold smokey eye for the outing.
Sticking to the memo, Series 10’s Abi Moores, 25, came to support Jess and also opted for an all-black ensemble.
It consisted of a long-sleeved faux leather dress and knee-high boots. She left her blonde locks open and wore minimal makeup.
Meanwhile, 31-year-old Married At First Sight star Shona Manderson stood out from the crowd as she turned heads in silver sequin shorts that showed off her long, toned pins.
She paired the look with a white bralette and accessorized it with an oversized white blazer.
