Still sporting her tan from her time in Mallorca, Paige accessorised with the long chain of a cream bag draped over her shoulder.
Adam performed in gray jeans, which he paired with a short-sleeved, plunging-neck white shirt.
Paige and Adam’s cozy evening comes after Adam responded to Jacques O’Neill’s heated argument about his relationship with the Welsh beauty.
In a recent Instagram Live, rugby player Jacques referenced Paige’s mother – who recently admitted she “doesn’t buy” the romance – and joked about Adam’s frosty introduction to her on the show.

After sarcastically mocking Adam’s romance with Paige amid her mother’s disapproval, it wasn’t long before Adam himself hit back with a scathing retort.
Adam took to Twitter on Tuesday and retweeted the clip with Jacques’ comments before sarcastically writing, “Humbled in defeat our child cheer up,” referring to the fact that he won Paige’s heart following her split from Jacques .
In the “Meet The Parents” episode, Paige’s mother and father entered the Mallorcan villa for their happy reunion.
The awkward moment came before Adam broke down in tears at the beach hut and opened up about his true feelings for the paramedic, saying how much she had “changed” him.

However, things took a turn for the worse when Paige’s mom, Samantha, shared her candid thoughts about Adam — not long before the two were kicked out of the mansion.
When the islander asked her opinion, Samantha whispered, “I’m not buying it.”
She then explained to her daughter: “With Jacques you were very different, you were much more you and lively and full of personality, with Adam it comes across as very different.”
But Paige argued, “With Jacques, he brought out a different side of me, bubbly and stuff, but there were some parts that really weren’t right.”
“Ummmm,” she said after an awkward pause before Paige was heard saying in the beach shack, “My mom and her wild comments, I knew she was…I was just like, ‘Oh, for God’s sake!’
