Tanyel opted for a degreasing treatment on her chin at the Evolve Cosmetics clinic in north London.

Evolve Cosmetics also completely reworked Tanyel’s face with a custom-made procedure using dermal fillers.
The aim of the procedure is to restore youthfulness and volume to the face and may include cheek fillers, lip fillers, jaw fillers and botox.
The client’s face is discussed from every angle and each procedure is tailored to the person and their wants and needs, and many specialist clinics start their prices from £2,000.

However, the future star had her lip filler dissolved at Evolve Cosmetics in December, which is highly recommended to avoid voluminous lips, correct migrated filler and/or clumpy filler.

Vix explained: “Tanyel’s lip filler was previously quite swollen, so it’s understandable that she would want it dissolved before adding it back for a fresher and more natural result.

The procedure involves a tattoo gun and water-based inks, but the client can use a numbing cream to prevent pain.

Swelling can occur but will soon go down and the procedure is expected to last a couple of years – and the procedure usually costs around £500.
Tanyel also had his brows tattooed at Facify and the treatment is similar to red lips with a tattoo gun and water-based inks.
For a first class technician you can expect to pay over £500 for two treatments.
It comes after fans of the ITV show were left confused by Monday’s reveal of the Winter Love Island cast.
