‘I’m actually hurt’: Love Island’s Tanyel reveals she’s ‘disappointed’ with co-star Olivia after seeing her gossip behind her back on the ITV show
Tanyel Reven says she is “disappointed” and “hurt” by Love Island co-star Olivia Hawkins after watching clips from the hit ITV show.
The 26-year-old hairstylist admitted she “really liked the ring girl at first” but has since watched clips of Olivia, 27, talking about her behind her back.
After a dramatic dump at Tanyel’s then-partner Spencer’s mansion, Samie handed her a few remarks that Olivia made when she wasn’t in the room.
Sami explained: “She made a few comments last night. Before you left the room, we were obviously joking and saying, damn it, bring someone in for me.
“That was funny, but then Liv turned around and said, ‘Spencer’s not even out the door and she’s already talking about a new guy coming in.”

Speaking to BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Fee Mak, Tanyel admitted: “I haven’t seen it in full but my friends have been showing me clips and stuff like that. I was disappointed.
“I’m really hurt about that because I really liked her at first. I felt like she was one of my closest friends there.
“I really had a lot of love for her. I still love her very much. I’m more like, “Why couldn’t you say it to my face? Why do you have so much to say?”
It comes after Tanyel reflected on her time at the South African villa and revealed a secret feud with Olivia was brewing but was not shown on the ITV2 show.
Tanyel had been dating Kai Fagan but caught her off guard when he met Olivia instead.
Tanyel said during the spin-off program, “I didn’t mean to be selfish, I just thought, ‘I’d rather you were happy.’ She was a good friend of mine at the time, so I was like, ‘Do your thing.’ .”
When Maya followed up on her statement that they were friends “back then,” Tanyel explained, “We don’t know yet. I have to see it myself, but I’ve heard a few things.’

When asked if her love triangle with Kai affected their friendship, the former Radio 1 DJ admitted she noticed tension between the two girls.
Tanyel replied, “Not in my name. I was really happy for her. I felt like I was really selfless in the situation. I wanted her to be happy.
“She’s never been in a relationship. I just wanted her to be happy. I really didn’t care because I knew I wasn’t going to try anything with him.
“I was perfectly fine with him, friendly. There were more issues on her side that I wasn’t even aware of. There were more things I heard about at the time.
Tanyel was kicked out of the villa after her potential love interest Jordan decided to recouple with Ellie and leave her single.
Jordan picked Ellie after Shaq Muhammad expressed his opinion that Tanyel wasn’t really attracted to him, despite the couple’s flirtatious banter.
However, Jordan and Ellie were kicked out of the mansion just days later after receiving the fewest public votes.
Despite their rocky end at the villa, Tanyel and Jordan appeared to be on good terms again as they smiled and laughed together during a podcast appearance.
