Actress Luana Piovani has detonated her exhusband, surfer Pedro Scooby, whom she accuses of not wanting to pay the agreedupon child support. The two are parents of three children.
In a post on Instagram, Piovani said tomorrow was Scooby’s day to pay 50% of child support, but just today the surfer had warned that he would only pay what he felt was “fair”.
With this, the actress claims that it will not be possible to pay for the values of the house in which she lives with her children in Portugal, the maids who take care of the heirs when she works, or the driver who takes Dom away To practice skateboarding, which is the “requirement” of a surfer.
“Tomorrow is of course Pedro’s day to deposit 50% of our children’s expenses, [mas] He’s now waiting to say he’ll pay what he thinks is fair,” he began, noting that the property they live in was chosen by Pedro himself. “But he thinks I should pay the rent,” he shot.
Piovani said that when he goes to work, he doesn’t get home until around 8 p.m., which is why he pays two people to look after the children at different times. Now, however, she says Scooby doesn’t want to shoulder those costs.
“I don’t need his money, but my children do! My children have the right to the same standard of living that they have always had. You want me to move? To change school? Because if you move, you have to change schools. You want my three kids to be left alone and cook their own food until I arrive?”
“Besides, he forgot [da pessoa] who takes his son to skate because he thinks i’m destroying his son’s dream because i demand that school be priority but he thinks he’s the biggest encourager but he doesn’t give me the money for the driver why I don’t drive, I don’t have a car and I work. So Dom will come here without going skateboarding,” he continued.
Luana Piovani also accuses Pedro Scooby of wanting to take custody of his children. The actress said that her exhusband intends to hire a lawyer in Portugal and reiterated that in this case he would have to obtain custody of the heirs as the Portuguese judiciary is misogynistic.
Piovani reiterates that Pedro Scooby intends to claim the mother’s violation of the children’s image, as in Portugal the laws raise concerns about the dissemination of photographs of the children. However, Luana claims that the surfer is not “fit” to take custody.
“We’ll see how that goes. Of course they will take my organs out of my body to take my children away from me,” he said.
Finally, Luana Piovani said that unlike Pedro Scooby, she values her children’s education. According to him, the surfer does not see education as a priority and has repeatedly tried to enforce homeschooling for Dom.
Pedro Scooby, who became a father for the fourth time at the end of last year, has not yet commented on Luana Piovani’s statements.
