Mainly because the presenter is in an infatuation phase with the coverage she bought two years ago and only recently, with the easing of the pandemic, fully finished.

The penthouse has stunning views from where you can see all of São Paulo and is very close to the old one, a triplex she shared with her exhusband Marcelo de Carvalho and is for sale for R$70 million a condominium on marginal pines. Luciana found the property at the very beginning of the pandemic and gradually decorated and renovated it in long contracts with architect Renan Altera.

“It was the first house I had after my breakup and I had no idea what to do with it. He wanted it darker, I wanted it lighter, we stayed in the middle. I wanted it to be a comfortable house for me and my kids. These magazine houses are very beautiful, but they are beautiful to look at, it seems that the person is not alive. I wanted a house where I could play and call my friends and we used a lot of things I already had, my pieces. I’m enjoying, yes, my first house,” she says when interviewed for Architect’s channel.

Gray and white tones dominate in the rooms, the furnishings combine classic with modern. But the highlight is the leisure area with swimming pool, barbecue, lounge and oven. It’s one of Luciana’s most used locations for her photos, some even daring.

The blue toned kitchen adjoins a dining room with a huge table for dinners of more than ten people. But Luciana prides herself on being a good housewife and didn’t even ask for a dishwasher in the penthouse. The space also received a floating garden, which she and the architect said was a nuisance. The trees and ornamental plants had to be heaved into the apartment on the 30th floor: “It was a lot of work, but it turned out beautifully. Now only the awnings have to be installed.”
