L’last episode of Che Tempo Che Fa What was eagerly awaited, above all, was the greeting of the audience, what the protagonists of the show would have said on the occasion of this last appointment with the show on the Rai networks, before moving to NOVE. There was a farewell dance at the opening Luciana Littizzetto, entered the studio with a trolley to pick up an armchair. At the end of her classic segment, the comedian, who has been the face of the program with Fazio since the early years of the Che Tempo Che Fa adventure, wanted to read something his last letterrandomly addressed to Rai:
Dear Rai, you started with a channel and now you have more in it than Venice, you no longer have announcers and not even the Annunziata. Here we are at the end of our relationship. It’s over, we haven’t gotten over the seventh government crisis. When you hired me into the government, the law was there, there was talk of amnesties and the world was at war, how many things have changed! What a pity to have to go now that they’ve learned to write my last name in the guardhouse. When I arrived, Don Matteo wasn’t even in the seminary.
