Terra e Paixão reaches its final weeks with another victim from Antônio (Tony Ramos). Lucinda (Débora Falabella) is shot in the head at the end of Saturday's episode (6). A hitman hired by the farmer will shoot her, who will be alone in Marino's (Leandro Lima) car. No one will hear the shot fired with a silencer. Nina (Kizi Vaz) will see the car door open and will find the owner of the inn lying bloody and unconscious.
She will call the police chief, who will leave the inn with Angelina (Inez Viana). Marino will refrain from touching the injured woman and cries a lot. “What a shame! What a shame, my God!”, will shout the housekeeper, who is Lucinda's aunt in the nine o'clock soap opera on Globo.
In scenes airing next Monday (8), viewers will see the ambulance pick up Lucinda in a serious condition. Marino will follow in his car, driven by Nina. The deputy will be completely upset and begging for their loved one not to die.
“She lost a lot of blood!” says the deputy in despair on the way to the hospital. Angelina stays at the inn and looks after Cristian (Felipe Melquiades). She will lie to the boy and only say that her mother felt sick and went to the doctor.
In the emergency room, doctors will tell her that she will undergo surgery to remove the bullet that hit her head. The police officer frantically runs after one of the officers and asks about the woman's health.
“That's fine, I'll check on her condition… But you must remain calm. You can be sure that our doctors will do everything to save her!” replies a doctor. “You have to have trust at this time, Marino… A lot of trust!”, Nina will say and try to comfort the police chief.
At the same time, the public will see Irene (Gloria Pires) arguing with her husband because he ordered Lucinda's murder. The villain will do this to take revenge on Marino, who will arrest him for kidnapping Aline (Barbara Reis). However, the detention will only last a few days. As soon as he leaves prison, Antônio will order the death of the police chief's wife on Friday (5).
Terra e Paixão was written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes. The story takes place in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The storyline will remain on air until January 19th and will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
