Luiza Brunet is defending her daughter Yasmin after the model spoke out about Perrengues at the Grande Rio parade

Luiza Brunet defended her daughter Yasmin this Friday (24th) after the model’s long outburst about the controversy surrounding the Grande Rio parade at the Rio de Janeiro Carnival. The blonde’s mother took the opportunity to refute the lines of Thainá Oliveira, daughter of the honorary president of the samba school, and to convey a message of consolation to her daughter.

In Stories, Luiza posted a picture of her daughter with the incomplete parade costume. She even wrote a text directly responding to Thainá’s statement. “A horse is given if you look at the teeth yes! Toothless can come,” she said. Oliveira had posted on Twitter that “you don’t look at your teeth when you give a horse away” to say that Yasmin complains about the looks without having paid for it.

After reposting all of her daughter’s publications, Luiza also posted a text in support of Yasmin. “May God bless you always from the sharp tongues, envy, malice and opportunism, evil of the century!” she said alongside a photo of the two embracing during carnival.

The bullshit surfaced after Lucas Pasin, a columnist for UOL, revealed Yasmin’s version, saying the final record of her Carnival debut would have been “traumatic” for the model. In view of the journalist’s publication, Thainá Oliveira took to Twitter and criticized a celebrity who would not return to the samba school. She later confirmed it was Brunet.

Without naming names, Thainá insisted that the samba school pay for the costumes. “I’ll tell you something! Grande Rio doesn’t charge for muse or highlight jobs. No ‘celebrity’ pays for fantasy. Grande Rio makes the big one and pays for everything! So, anyone who gets there and says they want something bought everything is a lie,” she said, reiterating that Yasmin would not be returning to the parade of champions. “So you don’t look at your teeth with a certain horse. The pretty one invited herself and still wants to badmouth it. It has everyone was upset from the first moment! And now it’s been shortened and doesn’t even show up in the champions anymore,” he added. Most recently, she posted a ‘Y’ on her profile.

This Friday (24th), the Gossip of the Day profile echoed Thainá’s lines on Instagram when a follower suggested Yasmin had been “boycotted” because of Gabriela Versiani who was also the school’s muse that year. “Yasmin was boycotted because Versiani is staying with this boy who is influential at school and is a former Pétala, right?” suggested a profile that considered a relationship between Versiani and Bernardo Coutinho, the association’s director . Brunet responded to speculation by commenting on emojis with two eyes and a thoughtful face, hand on chin further adding to the buzz.

Then, given the impact of the comments, it was Versiani’s turn to raise the issue. The influencer used the publication to defend herself, denying any involvement with Bernardo and making sure she won the position in the parade on her own. “Just to clarify: I’ve never made out with Bernardo and I don’t need that to get anywhere! All the muses had (sic) their highlight and I just took the place that suited me, I pushed for it and pushed for it,” she said.

Yasmin’s outburst

This afternoon (24th) Brunet countered Thainá Oliveira’s lines. Grande Rio confirmed that Yasmin would no longer parade for school this Saturday (25th) at the Parade of Champions. The model commented on the decision on the Instagram profile “Gossip do Dia”. “And you think I’d leave after that? kkk,” she wrote, referring to the climate surrounding a principal’s daughter. “Honey, I would never go by what you do,” added the blonde.

So Brunet unleashed the verb in his stories. “I wanted to make it clear that I love the Grande Rio samba school and the community of Caxias, who have welcomed me very well and with great affection! I am very grateful from the bottom of my heart! Regardless of what some people do to me, my love will always be with the school and the community,” she said. “But over the last year I’ve learned to stop being silent with the lies that are being told about me. I suffered a lot last year from lies that were never cleared up,” she said. “I never spoke badly about school. Yes, some things happened, but I wanted to leave it at carnival and move on without revealing anything,” he added.

Yasmin confirmed what journalist Lucas Pasin, a columnist for UOL, had already published about the case, like the decision not to let the muse parade on the floor and her investment in her attire for the occasion. “I wanted to stand on the ground and out of nowhere they made me get in the car. My costume was different and when they moved me they changed my costume too. I went downtown two days before the show to buy crystals because I was told they were out of “good crystals” to make the panties. I did it with an open heart because I wanted to! I wanted the costume to be beautiful because it represented the school,” he argued.

According to Brunet, the delay was due to his costume not being ready just before the entrance to the school in Sapucaí. “I wasn’t late for the parade, as they say. I arrived hours early. Unfortunately my underwear wasn’t ready when I arrived. It didn’t have a zipper and the side accessories weren’t sewn on yet,” wrote the blonde, who even shared some notes of the perrengues she went through.

Yasmin revealed evidence of a PIX from last Friday (17) showing that she has invested in her own imagination. “As I have already shown you, this is the receipt for the crystals I bought for the costume. Since they say I’m lying…” she wrote. The model also commented that she wasn’t singled out like the other muses from the TV Globo show. “Globo has always been wonderful to me and my mother. They just didn’t show me because the slip the school sent didn’t say my name. My name was ‘XXXXX’,” he said.
