This Saturday, December 16th, an unfortunate event occurred during a Premier League game. The captain of Luton Town, Tom Lockyer, collapsed midway through the game against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium. It was the 59th minute when the British defender fell to the ground in front of the stunned looks of his teammates and opponents in midfield.
The doctors then had to treat him while the other footballers retreated to the changing rooms. Eventually the game was stopped. The images show Kaboré praying while medical staff looked after his Lockyer.
After a few minutes, Luton manager Rob Edwards walked around the stadium to thank and applaud the Bournemouth fans for their reaction and support after the break in play.
