A “palace-style” Russian penthouse has been linked to Vladimir Putin’s alleged teenage love child in St. Petersburg.
A hacked grocery courier database shows deliveries to Luiza Rozova, 19, at the luxury property, which was recently valued at £1.7million before Western sanctions caused a dramatic slump in Russia’s economy.
At the coveted address in the city’s Golden Triangle, Luiza is said to live with her mother, Svetlana Krivonogikh, who became a cleaning lady and a millionaire.
The 4,306 square meter apartment in the Fontanka 76 block of flats is described by the German developer Engel & Voelkers as a “clubhouse” with a number of “elite apartments”.
It also features ‘high-end’ designer finishes and furniture by Italian designer Roberto Molon in an ‘elegant and light Art Deco style’.

Described as a “clubhouse” with a number of “elite apartments,” the 4,306-square-foot apartment on the gated Fontanka 76 block features a communal spa and swimming pool (pictured).
It also features “high-end” designer finishes and furniture by Italian designer Roberto Molon in an “elegant and light Art Deco style” in the communal entrance hall (pictured).
Plumbing and kitchen appliances are “from leading German and Italian manufacturers” and “everything is designed to create maximum comfort, convenience and a fabulous atmosphere of beauty, comfort and coziness” in the facility.
The property brochure boasts “it has its own wellness center with swimming pool and luxurious services” and offers “palatial luxury in the spirit of modernism by Italian designers”.
Oleg Yemelyanov — who is linked to jailed opposition leader Alexei Navalny — reportedly analyzed hacked Yandex Food records that became public domain.
These showed an unidentified apartment connected to Krivonogikh at number 76 Fontanka Dam, he said.

The property brochure boasts “it has its own wellness center with a swimming pool and luxurious services”.
“Wow, Putins [ex-]Mistress Svetlana Krivonogikh has an apartment with a total area of almost 400 square meters on the banks of the Fontanka River,” said Yemelyanov.
“Thanks for the tip to Luiza Vladimirovna [Rozova] who ordered food to this address.’
The value of the property has fallen to £1.28m over the past month following the fall of the ruble.
Luiza, a student, is the daughter of Krivonogikh, 45, now a partner in a major Russian bank and one of the country’s richest women with an estimated financial wealth of £74million.
She hasn’t commented on claims that her daughter was fathered by Putin, nor has Luiza, aka Elizaveta, although the teenager told Russia’s GQ that she “probably looks” “similar” to a young Putin.
The suspicion that she was Putin’s secret daughter from an extramarital affair was first voiced by an independent media outlet in Russia, which was later blocked by the authorities.

Luiza was recently forced to shut down her Instagram after being hit by a wave of extreme trolling about Russia’s war in Ukraine.
One comment read: “Are you sitting in the bunker?? Like a rat?’
Luiza – who had 84,000 followers – stopped posting publicly six months ago, sparking suspicions that Putin had gagged her, but her account remained open.
Now it says in Russian: “User not found”.
A post on Instagram by the 19-year-old claimed she was the “daughter of a murderer, war criminal, psychopath and drug addict.”
Many posts featured Ukraine’s blue and yellow flag, and one carried the message: “The Russian nation must rise up against this dictator. You don’t want anything to do with him.’
Putin has two daughters by his ex-wife Lyudmila, the former First Lady of the Kremlin.
Luiza is said to live at the coveted address in the city’s Golden Triangle with her mother Svetlana Krivonogikh, turned cleaning lady and millionaire (pictured).
Likewise, none of them – Dr. Maria Vorontsova, 36, a geneticist, and Katerina Tikhonova, 35, a high-flying “rock ‘n’ roll” dancer-turned-mathematician, commented on the war.
There are reports that Putin has hidden some family members in a chalet in neutral Switzerland or in a five-star hi-tech nuclear bunker in Siberia.
There is speculation he has up to four children with Olympic gold medalist Alina Kabaeva, 38, who is now a high-earning media mogul in Moscow who is rarely seen in public.
That would make the Kremlin strongman the father of seven children.
Luiza showed her early life in cafes, traveling to Paris and running her own Russian fashion label.
A video shows them in the Louvre during the pandemic.
She was also seen as a sought-after DJ.
