The record label Heavy Trip is celebrating its tenth anniversary and for the occasion presents a live performance by Montrealer Marie Davidson, preceded on stage by Egyptian-born artist Nadah El Shazly as well as Ouri and Pelada in DJ set mode. Singer Billianne has yet to release a full album, but her talent and potential are undeniable. The one whose offering is reminiscent of that of Lizzy McAlpine, influenced by Taylor Swift, offers mature and soothing music at just 20 years old. Montrealer Alice will also be on stage this evening to present her album.

Philippe Brach

Philippe Brach has presented his fourth album on stage a few times since its release. It’s been a few years since we last saw him headlining, and the wait will certainly be worth it if Brach continues his penchant for putting on explosive and edgy shows. “If you like a lot of things with a lot of love, there’s a place waiting for you,” he proclaimed while promoting this show and the tour that followed.
