The 32-year-old rapper-turned-rocker was joined on stage by fellow British guitarist Sophie Lloyd, who has recently been the subject of cheating rumors hinted at by his fiancee Megan Fox.
Fox, 36, led some fans to believe Lloyd may have been having an affair with MGK when she responded to a fan’s post speculating on the subject.
Earlier Tuesday, MGK was spotted at an upscale Houston hotel bar, having a conversation with an unidentified blonde woman amid the apparent turmoil of his relationship with Megan.
She accelerated rumors of a breakup after appearing without her engagement ring at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday night.

MGK was apparently only at the bar briefly, and one viewer claimed he looked “slightly excited”.
His appearance on stage with his guitarist Sophie comes after his fiancée appeared to give credence to rumors the two were having an affair, although Megan later publicly cleared Sophie of any wrongdoing.

“Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been unnecessarily dragged into the media following unfounded allegations on social media,” read the statement provided to Page Six.
“Any suggestion that she has ever acted unprofessionally or pulled out of their relationship is false. It is disrespectful to her as an artist and bad journalism and social commentary to report on anything else.”
However, Megan later changed her tone and defended the guitarist with a lengthy comment on one of Sophie’s Instagram posts.
She wrote that she “made a joke to absolve this girl of a hurtful allegation,” which in the minds of fans “kind of turned into validation.”
“Why are people so… so stupid,” she continued, while calling Sophie “insanely talented.”
“Welcome to Hollywood. Her first unjustified public relations disaster,” Megan added. “You have now been baptized by the flames of glory.
“Unfortunately, it only gets worse from here.”
The status of Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox’s relationship seems up in the air.
Although the two have not given a public update, a source told Page Six that they are “separated,” although Megan is reportedly still evaluating whether the relationship can be repaired.
