“I really needed to fart and that’s why I held that fart back for so long because I was too embarrassed to fart in front of everyone at the dinner table and I think it did something to my stomach,” he told the publication.

“I started getting really bad stomach pains and I couldn’t sleep properly,” Al added, recalling his trauma that never got aired.

“And then her [the producers] had to… medically monitor me.’

Al, who matched Samantha Moitzi, said his stomach problems prompted him to spend his only night alone in a guest room away from the bride.

It comes after Al recently had an awkward conversation live on air after being confronted with a former booty call he got in the friend zone.

The reality star was discussing his role on Love Island on 2Day FM’s Hughesy Ed & Erin when the presenters struck him up with Emma, who he once met.
