New mom Martha Kalifatidis leaves fans stunned after she begs fiancé Michael Brunelli to help her unclog one of her “clogged milk ducts”: “The baby sucks harder than that!”
Married At First Sight’s Martha Kalifatidis has left fans speechless after she shared footage of her fiancé Michael Brunelli helping to unclog one of her blocked milk ducts.
In the video posted to Instagram on Thursday night, Michael, 34, can be seen suckling on one of Martha’s breasts after one of her glands failed to drain properly after feeding her newborn son Lucius.
“You need to suck harder. The baby sucks harder than that. It’s not a constant, it kinda has to suck,” Martha demands in the clip.
“How can I suck it harder? I have no strength in my sucking [in this position]’ Michael is heard snapping back as he lies on her living room floor with a coffee mug.
“Omg I can feel it empty,” Martha replies in relief, fits of giggles in between.

“You have to breathe through your nose. It’s like giving a frigging job, you really have to focus more on breathing than any part of it,” she explained to her partner in love.
Moments later, she said to Michael, “Babe, I think we made it.”
Many fans were shocked after seeing the video, with one writing: “I think you’ve reached a new level of oversharing.”
“Oh my god my husband wouldn’t even taste my breast milk out of a glass,” quipped another, before a third kept his comment short and sweet.
“OMGGGGGG,” they wrote.
However, some fans praised the couple for posting a candid video.
“You’ve reached a whole new level of relationship goals right here,” they commented.
Another wrote: “Omg! Now that’s a real man! There’s no way my husband would have done that.”
‘Love the raw honesty of it!’ added one more.

WHAT IS A BLOCKED MILK DUCT?
A blocked milk duct occurs when one of the glands in the breast that produce milk does not empty properly during breastfeeding.
The condition affects up to one in five women, which equates to tens of thousands of new mothers in the UK each year.
It can occur when a baby doesn’t breastfeed deeply enough to feed effectively — a condition called “nursing shallowly.”
However, it can also be caused when the breast tissue is irritated for other reasons.
These include wearing a bra that is too tight, a seat belt cutting into your chest on a long car ride, or sleeping in a position that stresses your chest.
The condition causes the area of the chest where the blockage is located to feel hard and painful.
It can also be warm to the touch and slightly tender.
A blocked milk duct can be cleared by continuing to breastfeed and getting help with positioning and attaching the baby to the breast.
If a blocked milk duct isn’t cleared quickly, it can lead to mastitis — a common condition that causes inflammation and pain in the breast.
Mastitis can cause a swollen, red, or dark area on the breast, flu-like symptoms, and nipple discharge. A family doctor can prescribe antibiotics to treat the condition.
