Married at First Sight viewers in the UK slammed Matt after he made Adrienne cry in Wednesday’s episode.
During their honeymoon in Tenerife, the couple got into an argument when Matt called his new bride a “show-off”.
Things were going well for the two as they chatted during a pottery class about the hot night they had hours earlier.
Matt said: “The neighbors definitely looked at us funny this morning!”
Adrienne replied, “I didn’t know where to look…”

But things changed when Matt made a comment that took offense to Adrienne.

Without backing down, Matt said, “It makes me uncomfortable.”
Adrienne told her husband she was “blindsided” by his opinion of her before bursting into tears.
She said: “I cling to words. ‘I’ve been insulted and bullied all my life.’
