The Ukrainians’ largest air strike to date against targets in Russian-occupied Crimea on Wednesday night was likely carried out with British-French Storm Shadow/Scalp guided missiles. A landing ship and a submarine in dry dock were hit, at least the boat was practically destroyed.
A Kilo-class diesel-electric submarine, a large Ropucha-class landing ship, two dozen injured: these are the losses of the largest Ukrainian attack with missiles and unmanned vessels on the Crimean peninsula, which was occupied and annexed by Russia in 2014, since the start of the war the previous year. The numbers were provided by Russian authorities.
