Law enforcement officials in California have arrested a man on two counts of hate crimes after he committed an incident in which he molested Asian patrons at an In-N-Out on Christmas Eve.

Jordan Krah, 40, of Denver, Colo., approached and harassed two customers at an In-N-Out burger in San Ramon, who recorded themselves trying different foods at the popular burger chain.

“You film yourself eating? You guys are weird homosexuals,” Krah said of the couple — Arine Kim and Eliott Ha.

From then on he continued: ‘Are you Japanese or Korean?’ he asked.

From then on, he became increasingly hostile, saying, “Are you Kim Jong Un’s boyfriend? Are you having gay sex with him?’

“Usually I could spit in your face. That’s some Filipino shit,” he continued, before saying, “I’m a slave master you fucking shit.”

Krah told the two he would see them outside in a minute before watching them finish their meal while staring through the window from the outside of the restaurant.

In an interview with KTVU, Arine Kim said that Krah “didn’t look very healthy mentally. He just kept spitting nonsense.’

“Honestly if I hadn’t recorded it I wouldn’t have believed it happened because even with some of the words he said I didn’t realize in the heat of the moment that he was referring to himself as a slave master.

“I completely ignored the fact that he also threatened to spit on us,” she said.

Krah was also accused of molesting another woman, Abigail Halili, and her siblings as they entered a downtown Danville store on Christmas Day.

The family is of Filipino descent and Krah reportedly delivered a similar tirade.

“You’re going to trash the store, you’re going to rob the store, I don’t trust you. Leaving! You guys are Filipino idiots!’ he said loudly to Halili.

The video posted by Kim on TikTok went viral and caught the attention of San Ramon Police Chief Denton Carlson, who took to Twitter to try to identify the perpetrator.

He posted a picture of Krah and said the suspect was driving a Silver Mustang with Florida license plates. He was eventually identified and committed to the Martinez Detention Center.

A firing of Lt. Tami Williams from the San Ramon Police Department says Krah has been charged with two counts of “committing a hate crime.”

On December 26, he remained in custody.

On Monday, Carlson tweeted that Krah was “under interrogation” and that additional arrests would be made “if determined necessary.”
