Marc Labrèche mimics a conversation between PSPP and Guy Nantel and it’s extraordinary

The incredible Marc Labrèche has struck again!

During the final episode of his show This Year, which aired on Télé-Québec, the actor-host-impersonator had fun imagining a conversation between Parti Québécois leader Paul Saint-Pierre Plamondon and his opponent The Race To the party leadership in 2020 is the humorist Guy Nantel.

Entitled The other PQ at the next table (referring to a radio program, then TV, broadcast on Radio-Canada), the parody features an exuberant Nantel while PSPP is reserved and calculating.

Of course, Marc Labrèche plays both roles!

Our favorite moment of this sketch is without a doubt when Guy Nantel mystifies the Quebec leader by pointing out to him that he will not be able to square set in the National Assembly if there are only 3 elected members of the PQ .

The reaction of Labrèche’s PSPP is certainly influenced by the reaction of the real PSPP when he was denied access to the Blue Room of the National Assembly for refusing to take the oath to the King of England.
