Margot Robbie returns to her homeland for the Sydney premiere of Barbie

Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art provided the backdrop on Friday as Margot Robbie attended the latest red carpet party for her new film Barbie.

In keeping with the iconic Mattel character’s penchant for bright colors, the Aussie actress opted for a metallic pink chainmail corset dress after returning to her home country for the event.

Featuring a cleavage-enhancing necklace and a form-fitting design, the flirtatious outfit drew attention to her slender frame as she greeted photographers.

Margot, 32, who has a title role in the upcoming film, completed the look with a pair of Barbie-style Perspex heels as she greeted photographers outside the venue.

The actress eschewed accessories but opted for a metallic manicure to match her dress.
