Maria Chiara Giannetta he confesses. In an interview with Vanity Fair, she talks about her journey with a therapist. A confession by the actress that actually reveals her private side and the need for a defined path with a psychotherapist. In her interview with Vanity Fair, Giannetta opens up and explains, “I’ve been doing this for a year and it’s changed the way I approach life. Even in my work, I feel a strong need to be authentic. At a certain point you might get lost, but thanks to therapy I’ve learned to be myself in every context. It seems easy, but it’s not”.
Then the same actress explains how she decided to rely on therapy: “It took me years to realize that I’m still suffering from a major injury. We live in a time when ‘if you’re going to.’ If you go to a therapist, it means it’s you Sick, and if you are ill, you must be ashamed”. Instead, we should all do it. Therapy today is an hour I dedicate to myself in the most honest way, a gift I give myself. In front of a person who somehow guides me, he gives me the right tools”.
He concludes by revealing when he started: “Specifically, I started last September, at a time when so much from family to relationships to work was a bit stuck. I was between 29 and 30 and found myself repeating the same things over and over again mechanisms“.
