Marilyn Manson has reached a settlement with Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, who has accused the singer of sexual assault, abuse and human trafficking.
Bianco, 40, claimed that Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, raped and abused her in 2011 when they were together and locked her in a bedroom in his West Hollywood apartment to prevent her from escaping.
She also claimed that Manson took control of her life and wouldn’t let her eat or sleep without his permission, but Manson denied the allegations, calling them “twisted stories that bear no resemblance to reality.”
The two reached an out-of-court settlement on Tuesday, with terms and payout still unclear, reports Rolling Stone.
‘MS. Bianco has agreed to settle her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. in order to move on with her life and career,” her attorney, Jay Ellwanger, said in a statement.

Manson’s attorney Howard King also confirmed the out-of-court settlement, but gave no further details.
In her lawsuit filed in April 2021, Bianco alleged that Manson frequently verbally abused her, deprived her of sleep and food, bitten, cut, and electrocuted her without her consent; and raped her during their two years together.
The lawsuit alleges that Manson approached her while she was in London and “used fraudulent offers of film and music video roles to persuade Ms. Bianco to travel to Los Angeles, prompting Mr. Warner to threaten violence.” and have performed violent sexual acts on women. Bianco, which she didn’t agree to.’
She also claimed that Manson let her work for free, cook for him and clean his apartment.
Manson denied the allegations, and his attorney claimed Bianco first approached the singer for money before filing the lawsuit.
“To be clear, this lawsuit was only filed after my client refused to be crushed by Ms. Bianco and her attorney and give in to their outrageous financial demands based on behavior that simply never happened,” he said King.
Notably, Bianco is one of 15 women who have claimed Manson abused them, including his former fiancé Evan Rachel Wood. She accused the singer of caring for her since she was young and abusing her for years.
Following Wood’s allegations, Manson wrote on Instagram: “Obviously my art and life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrific distortions of reality.
“My intimate relationships with like-minded partners have always been consensual. Regardless of how — and why — others now choose to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”

Manson has since filed a defamation lawsuit against Wood and her friend Illma Gore over allegedly “malicious” and “false” allegations of sexual abuse that “dumped his successful music, television and film career.”
After a series of allegations against him, Manson was dropped from his record label and from the Creative Arts Agency.
Both women have denied the allegations, with Gore defending Wood when the West World actress opened up about her alleged abuse under Manson on the HBO documentary Phoenix Rising.
The two-part series, which premiered on HBO last March, details Wood’s allegations of Manson’s abuse and advocates for passage of the Phoenix Act, which would extend the statute of limitations for domestic violence cases in California.
But while he’s embroiled in a legal battle with Wood and Gore, Manson saw a legal victory last week after a judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by ex-girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline, which also accused the singer of molestation.
Smithline’s claims included that she was sexually assaulted by Manson on several occasions, that he cut her with a knife decorated with a swastika despite her Jewish ancestry, put his fist in her mouth during sex, forced her into a blood pact, and was imprisoned into a soundproof room called the ‘Bad Girls Room’ whenever she pissed him off.

Smithline reportedly sent Jay Ellwanger a series of bizarre text messages expressing that she no longer wanted him as a lawyer
A judge dismissed her case Tuesday after she failed to provide adequate legal representation within the allotted timeframe.
She was previously represented by Jay Ellwanger, but the attorney withdrew his representation after Smithline allegedly sent him a series of bizarre text messages expressing that she no longer wanted him as her attorney.
In an exclusive statement to Web, King said: “We thank and commend Ashley Smithline for dismissing her claims against Brian Warner without asking or receiving anything in return.
“We wish her well and will continue to work to ensure that those who have attempted to abuse our justice system pay a significant price.”
