Federal MP and former Special Secretary for Culture Mario Frias (PLSP) attacked journalist Guga Noblat this Thursday (11) during a hearing before the Communications Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.
According to Noblat, published on his official Twitter profile, the parliamentarian called him “dwarf,” a capacist term, and when it was recorded, abruptly snatched the phone from his hand.
