The sommelier Catherine Levasseurwhich has already made headlines because tens of thousands of dollars were not paid to suppliers, but also to employees, is making headlines again.

This time comedians and artists are involved in an alleged fraud that Levasseur would commit against their will.

According to an article in the Journal de Montréal in which Levasseur allegedly sold tickets to shows that included the following: Mario Tessier, Melanie Couture And Jean Claude Gelinaseven before the artists sign the contract.

That’s not all, as the latter also say they never received the down payment for their service.

Tickets that would have been up for sale on the Eventbrite platform… and whose profits appear to have gone directly to Catherine Lavasseur’s account.

Another unfortunate story: According to the same source, a Bon Jovi tribute band had to deal with a check that was cashed after their performance.

People even came to see the shows! Lo and behold, the sommelier had magically disappeared…according to a witness involved in the events.

However, a select few would have received a refund from the ticketing company, but it seems impossible to determine the number of people who would have been scammed.
