While Jean-Philippe Perras told us in an interview this fall that he enjoyed listening to Maripier Morin on the radio in the mornings with their daughter, Margotexplained to Maripier the reason why she wouldn't be listening to the series The emperorin which her lover plays.

On the microphone at WKND, where she hosts every morning, Maripier Morin revealed the very simple reason why she couldn't watch “The Emperor.”
First of all, you should know that the second season of the series began yesterday, Monday, January 10th on Noovo. The trailer unveiled last month hinted at a very dramatic second season and Jean-Philippe Perras himself, who plays the lead, admitted to us that he had some very difficult scenes to play. Remember that he plays a man with toxic behavior.
Now, a day after the season's first episode aired, Maripier explained why she won't be a regular viewer.
“This character who plays the villain in the story happens to be my friend. I start to cry with him, but I realize I'm crying out of compassion for the good character. My brain is unable to organize things. I'm starting to feel sick,” said the one who will soon make her debut on the series With a beating heart.
On the other hand, Margot's mother doesn't want the public to see the series, which she considers important, like she does.
“Thanks to work like this, we can talk about important things. I’m really proud of my friend.”
