He and Michelle bought the lavish home for £1.3million in October 2019 and have been documenting the renovation process via Instagram.
Due to various lockdowns and Covid-19 restrictions, construction halted after a farmhouse was demolished and construction began on a five bedroom mansion with bar, gym, granny flat and outdoor pool.
Construction experts have estimated the cost of demolishing and rebuilding the house at around £3.5million.

The former TOWIE star, 35, looked suave in all black while his partner, also 35, showcased her enviable figure in a blue striped sleeved bodycon dress.
They carried their dogs Pip and Phoebe for the shot, which was posted to Instagram by his sister Natalya, and were joined by relatives including Mark’s mum Carol and father Mark, and sister Jess and her husband William Lee-Kemp.
After moving into their dream house in October of this year, the two put everything they had into decorating and even had it installed by the end of November.
