“I try to be as healthy as possible and live a balanced life.

“But on the weekends, if you want to eat takeout or junk food, do it because you need that balance in your life.”

Michelle previously shared that she only works out 45 minutes a day and never feels guilty about eating junk food.

Speaking on the Off The Menu podcast, she said: “I never feel guilty when I cheat because if I’ve been strict all week I feel like I deserve it.

A source told The Sun: “Mark really impressed the producers of The Challenge and they signed him straight away. It’s a big deal as it’s the first time the show has been done with British stars.

“Mark filmed the series in Argentina late last month and will be on screen as the celebrities take on a tough series of challenges.

“It’s a role that was made for Mark because he loves fitness and is competitive. He really put his foot down during filming and when a second series is commissioned the production wants Mark back on board.’

It has been revealed that three former Love Island stars Marcel Somerville, Arabella Chi and Kaz Kamwi signed up for the new series last month and Geordie Shore’s Nathan Henry will also appear.
