Married At First Sight’s Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson reveal when they will tie the knot after losing 40 pounds before their wedding
Married lovebirds Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson have set a date for their wedding in mid-February.
The couple, both 33, have previously “married” in front of the cameras of MAFS but will truly exchange vows at a ceremony on Victoria’s scenic Mornington Peninsula.
“Our MAFS wedding was absolutely beautiful, but it didn’t show us as a couple because we were strangers,” Melissa told the Herald Sun.

She added, “This time we can do our actual wedding the way we want it, we’re getting married near a beach, which we definitely are.”
Melissa said her 16-month-old twin sons, Levi and Tate, would play a key role in the beautiful ceremony.
“We hope that they will walk and walk down the aisle with us,” she said.

It comes after the couple told Chron Australia they have been “shredding” for their upcoming wedding and have lost a total of 40 pounds.
“We are in such a great place now; we’re happier and healthier than ever, the twins are crawling and our wedding is fast approaching,” Melissa revealed last year.
“It’s like a fairy tale coming true after a very stressful period when the boys spent many months in the neonatal unit right after they were born.”

They welcomed their twins in October 2021.
Melissa previously announced that no television cameras will be present on her big day.
“I don’t want a formal dinner on TV. You know, media everywhere… no,” she said.
“I just want to marry the man I love with my loved ones and have a huge party.”
