Married At First Sight's Jayden Eynaud has dismissed fellow groom Timothy Smith's “ridiculous” claims that he and bride Eden Harper made a secret pact to stay on the show for fame's sake.
Speaking exclusively to Chron Australia, the 26-year-old boxer addressed claims that the on-screen lovebirds had agreed to stay with the Channel Nine experiment until Final Vows.
“I don’t know where these claims come from, but this is a load of crap,” the professional boxer said on Tuesday.
“What you see on TV with me and Eden is exactly what you get.”
This comes after 51-year-old Melbourne businessman Timothy slammed the athlete during a candid interview with Chron Australia, describing his relationship with Eden as “fake”.

“I don’t know where these claims are coming from, but this is a load of crap,” the 26-year-old professional boxer told Chron Australia on Tuesday
“Jayden and Eden are fake.” Totally fake. “I don’t buy it,” he declared sensationally.
“I didn’t buy it from the day I met him. I didn't take anything from Jayden.
“I think the relationship was fake then, and I think it's fake now.” “I think he's no different than his brother,” he continued, referring to Jayden's sibling Mitch, who appeared in the ninth season of the Channel Nine series.
This came after Jayden accused Timothy of not making any effort at all for his bride Lucinda Light during a recent dinner party episode, sparking a heated argument that ended with Timothy slamming his fist on the table.
“What you see on TV with me and Eden is exactly what you get,” he insisted
Amid the tension, Timothy made his feelings for Jayden clear as he launched an attack on the groom with the bun.
“If we had a roll of duct tape, the show would have gone a lot better,” Timothy said of Jayden.
“I just think Jayden should just close his mouth and let the men talk,” he continued.

Three couples had made a secret pact to stay until the end
Chron Australia revealed three popular MAFS couples made a “secret pact” to make it to Final Vows despite a lack of real connection off-camera.
Despite their on-screen chemistry, insiders have sensationally claimed that three relationships were far from perfect behind the scenes.
A source close to the production told Chron Australia that the couples rarely spent time together unless it was part of the series' filming schedule.

“Lauren and Jono's relationship was similarly turbulent, with the two barely spending any time together on weekends, and Tim and Sara were also constantly at odds,” the insider shared.
“Although Lucinda and Timothy had developed a strong bond, they struggled with a lack of physical attraction.”
One of the arrangements came to light after a heated confrontation at one of the show's dinner parties.
A groom who was reportedly fed up openly admitted that they had made their secret pact, surprising his colleagues and experts with his admission.
Married At First Sight continues on Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel Nine.
