Martin Matte will tip his hat to Cowboys Fringants singer Karl Tremblay, who died of prostate cancer on Wednesday aged 47.
The host of the talk show Martin Matte live will be broadcasting his voice on TVA from 8 p.m. to all those affected by this far too early disappearance.
The LCN and TVA Nouvelles teams will be on site throughout Thursday to collect reactions to the death of Mr. Tremblay. Journalists and cameramen will be in Repentigny, where the group was founded several decades ago, as well as in L’Assomption, where Karl Tremblay and his partner, multi-instrumentalist Marie-Annick Lépine, settled to raise their daughters.
Quebec Prime Minister François Legault reacted to the death of the committed artist and spoke of a wave of grief rarely seen in Quebec.
There must also be a vigil at Jeanne-Mance Park in Montreal on Thursday evening, which will of course be covered by the teams.
On the ICI Télé site we wait for the meetings that they will propose in honor of Karl Tremblay.
