Investigator Stéphane Rousseau was the only one able to guess who was hiding under the Huard costume on the occasion of the first evening of duels on Sunday evening at “Masked Singers”. And you, did you guess it?

It was the Acadian singer Édith Butler, singer of the hit “Paquetville,” who starred in the magnificent bird with golden feathers.
After Sister Angèle, 85 years old, was unmasked from her popcorn costume earlier this season, Édith Butler, 81 years old, proved to us that we can stay active and have fun even after more than 60 years of work.
In her duel, Ms. Butler’s Loon faced Lady Lévrier, who reinterpreted two Diane Dufresne classics, “Oxygène” and “Tiens-toé ben, j’arrive”. The Loon, for his part, covered “Price Tag” by Jessie J. Since the Loon did not win his duel, he was put to the public vote and his flight unfortunately ended at the end of the episode hosted by Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge.
Mutant Rita, the doll, Agent 00-Penguin and the Lovers (who formed the duo The Lovers!) were also there.
The duels will continue next Sunday with six more masked people.
The program “Masked Singers”, produced by Productions Déferlantes, is broadcast every Sunday at 6:30 p.m., just before “Révolution”.
