Massif Charlevoix on Wednesday unveiled its new apartment-hotel project “Le Camp de Base – Grande Pointe Sector”, an investment of more than $40 million.
Located at the foot of the mountain, this real estate development offers a ski-in/ski-out living experience along with multiple hotel services including a training room, outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the river, outdoor games, and ski storage and bicycle storage.

The new building complex will offer direct access to mountain bike trails and hiking trails.
The 118 rooms and suites are located in a four-story condominium complex and range in size from 409 to 678 square feet. Delivery of the first units is slated for fall 2025, but they will go on sale in summer 2023 with a starting price of $300,000.
