untenable, Massimo Giletti. Simply irrepressible. There is talk of the explosive interview granted to the Corriere della Sera today, Sunday 22 May. A long, open, frank and sincere conversation in which the conductor of Non è l’Arena leaves nothing out, does not censor anything, starting with the difficult relationship he had with his brothers in his childhood.
Then the colleagues toast Mario Orfeo: “I hope never to meet him again”. So the reviews continue Enrico Mentana, Corrado Formigli and Giovanni Floriswith a very cutting comment on the latter, “a powerful man, like Bruno Vespa”, Giletti states without exhausting himself in journalistic judgements.
There is also a long page in the interview devoted to the love, wives and girlfriends of Giletti, who has often and willingly fallen into the crosshairs of gossip. Mister It’s Not the Arena reveals the darling was his mom’s Antonella Clericiwith whom the lady also had a long correspondence.
But the most sensational statements are those on Alexandra Moretti, the Piddina with whom Giletti had an affair. When they give him his name in the interview, Giletti replies: “Alessandra Moretti? She’s still in love with me, maybe partly me too.” Why did it end? “Complete? For her I have a feeling of affection that binds me very much. She’s a woman who has struggled in her life and raised her children practically on her own,” concludes Giletti, revealing much more than a small altar.
