Matt Riddle’s name is added to the list of Superstars fired by WWE.

We thought the wave of layoffs was over this Friday, but WWE has brought back another talent in Matt Riddle. The wrestler himself announced his departure on Twitter this Friday evening before SmackDown.

“I just wanted to let everyone know that I am no longer with WWE. » tweeted the wrestler. “Thank you for the memories and the opportunities, thank you also to all the fans for the support and love you show me every time I step in the ring. See you soon. »

Matt Riddle recently teamed up with Drew McIntyre in a storyline that seemed to lead to his distraction.

The 37-year-old signed with WWE in 2018, became NXT Tag Team Champion with Pete Dunne (Butch) and formed the tag team RK-Bro with Randy Orton, with whom he became a two-time Raw Tag Team Champion.
