Sunrise co-host Matt Shirvington is auctioning his Mosman mansion hoping for a $12 million sale after failing to find a buyer in 2022
Former Olympian and Sunrise co-host Matt Shirvington and his wife Jessica are trying to sell their Sydney home for the second time in a year.
The seven-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion overlooking Sirius Cove in Mosman found no buyer after being on the market for 128 days in 2022.
The couple listed the home with Agent Michael Coombs without a price tag, but they are believed to be asking $12.5 million, reports The Daily Telegraph.

Beautiful Federation style 1896 complex located just 8km from the CBD has a studio, swimming pool and tennis court.
Full of 19th century charm, the rambling house has been beautifully maintained and has spacious living areas including a formal dining room.
Shirvington, 44, first bought the 1,334-square-foot lot in 2017 for $7.5 million after selling another Mosman Federation home for $4.15 million in 2016.
Highlights of the beautiful grounds include a beautifully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry and a secluded courtyard perfect for al fresco entertaining.

There is also a separate guest accommodation with its own kitchen.
It comes after Shirvington is expected to replace David “Kochie” Koch as the presenter of Sunrise when the veteran broadcaster retires in late 2024.
The sports presenter is Channel Seven’s first choice to succeed Koch, 66, who plans to retire after signing a contract extension last month.

Shirvington stepped in as co-host six weeks ago when Koch was on furlough, and network executives are said to have been impressed with his natural presentation skills.
The fan favorite is already Friday’s co-host of Sunrise, with The Australian’s Media Diary reporting that management is looking to make the role permanent.
Koch’s departure will be gradual as he plans to reduce the number of his airtime days over the next two years until his contract expires.
Lest viewers be “scared” by his immediate departure.
