Matthew Perry’s death certificate has been released.

According to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health document, Matthew’s official cause of death remained “delayed.” Authorities told NBC News last month that an autopsy on the actor’s body was inconclusive and they were awaiting a toxicology report.
The E! News reports that the Friends actor died at his home in Los Angeles on October 28 at 4:17 p.m. That day he was found dead in his hot tub.
A fire department spokesperson told E! News that emergency responders found an “unconscious adult male in a hot tub” following a call. “A third person lifted the man’s head out of the water and brought him to the edge. When firefighters arrived, they pulled him out of the water,” Los Angeles Fire Department Captain Erik Scott said. Unfortunately, a quick medical examination revealed that the man had died before first responders arrived. »
Matthew Perry was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles. His private funeral and burial took place on November 3rd in the presence of his loved ones and Friends cast members Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Lisa Kudrow.
