Max Jackson and Fanny Lumsden opt for eclectic ensembles as they lead the winners of the 2024 Golden Guitar Awards in Tamworth

The 2024 Golden Guitar Awards kicked off in Tamworth on Saturday evening.

One of the proud winners was Fanny Lumsden, who took home the alt-country album of the year statuette for Hey Dawn.

Fanny made a spirited appearance on the red carpet, laughing around and posing with her award as she turned heads in a bright, colorful dress.

Also victorious on the night was Kaylee Bell, who took home the award for Artist of the Year.

The singer-songwriter made a chic appearance in a white blazer with red piping and matching shorts, proudly posing with her prize.

Other winners on the night included the Wolfe Brothers, who won Toyota Album of the Year for Livin' The Dream.

Song of the Year went to Felicity Urquhart and Josh Cunningham for their track “Size Up.”

The two also won the “Single of the Year” award for the same track.

Contemporary Country Album of the Year landed in the hands of Brad Cox for his album Acres.

The singer-songwriter from Jindabyne, New South Wales, was also named Male Artist of the Year.
