Maya Jama looked nothing short of sensational on Sunday as she hosted Love Island’s Aftersun.

The 28-year-old Love Island presenter took the opportunity to debut her new hairstyle – straight brunette locks framed by gorgeous new bangs.

She showcased her incredible figure in a long gray dress that showed skin through a cut-out detail on either side of her waist.

The dress accentuated her voluptuous assets as it flattered her figure and cascaded down her shoulders.

The beauty added inches to her body in silver strappy heels.

Maya made sure all eyes were on her as she danced onto the set of spin-off show Love Island, where she opened up about all the drama from the South African villa.

She sported a gorgeous palette of makeup, including winged eyeliner and a nude lip.

Maya was joined by regular panelists from The Morning After podcast hosts Sam Thompson and Indiyah Polack, as well as celebrity superfan Mae Muller.

It comes after former Love Island host Laura Whitmore and the show’s new host Maya appeared to ignore each other while sitting at the same table at the 2023 Brit Awards.

The embarrassing moment happened on Saturday night at the 02 Arena in London as stars from the music world gathered for the annual event.

Pictures and video show the two women standing right next to each other at the ITV table – but they only seem interested in speaking to other people on either side of them, at one point even turning their backs on each other.

A source told Web that the couple sat together at the ITV table but “didn’t speak to each other once throughout the ceremony”.

A source said: “Maya and Laura sat together on the ITV table but didn’t speak to each other once throughout the ceremony.

Maya took over from Laura, 37, to host the winter series in South Africa this year and has been a huge hit with fans since taking the helm.

It comes after it was revealed Maya is currently winning in the television world as Love Island bosses gave her 50 per cent more airtime than former presenter Laura.

After just four days of the latest winter series, Maya has already been on the hit TV show for 19 minutes and 55 seconds.

In the same episode of the last series, Laura only had 13 minutes and 26 seconds on the clock.

Maya became the presenter of this year’s Love Island after Laura left the show shortly after three series due to travel time now that she’s a new mum.

It has been hinted that the producers plan to keep Maya on the show for a while as she “is a major TV force to be reckoned with now”.

Industry expert Jonathan Shalit told the Chron: “Maya is simply fantastic – a true star and a household name now.

“She nailed the role of Love Island presenter and showed herself to be an A-list global star.

“She’s a huge TV force to be reckoned with now.”

Meanwhile, a source added that the “electric” launch was stuff “a marketer’s dreams are made of” and will no doubt see plenty of people rushing to catch up on the ITV2 show.
