“The military-industrial complex has overheated,” said the deputy head of the National Security Council, Dmitry Medvedevin an interview with the state-run Tass news agency published on Thursday.

In case of arrest, Russia would fire rockets at the Bundestag and the Chancellery, threatened the former president.
An international arrest warrant for war crimes in Ukraine has been in effect for Kremlin chief Putin since last week.
