A Mega Millions ticket holder matched all six numbers to win the lottery’s $476 million jackpot on Friday night and struck gold at a New York City supermarket.
The winning numbers were 23, 27, 41, 48 and 51 with the Mega Ball of 22. The Megaplier was 2x.
The ticket was sold at Liberty Beer & Convenience in Ozone Park, Queens, according to the New York Lottery, and is the 13th largest prize in the lottery’s history.

The cash option is valued at $253.1 million as the supermarket will receive $10,000 for selling the ticket.
According to the lottery, millionaire hopefuls have a 1 in 302,575,350 chance of hitting the Mega Millions jackpot.
Two tickets – one in Illinois and one in Massachusetts – matched the five white balls and each won $1 million.
Seventeen entries matched four numbers plus the Mega Ball for a prize of $10,000, including one from New York.
It’s the first Mega Millions jackpot winner since a $31 million ticket was sold in Massachusetts on Jan. 31.
The Massachusetts win capped a record month for the lottery as the jackpot was won four times, including the second-biggest winner in lottery history when a Maine gas station sold the $1.35 billion ticket, which was sold on Jan. 13 was sold.
Four days later, on Jan. 17, Bronx resident Jerson Garcia won $20 million.
The next drawing is scheduled for Tuesday April 18th with the current starting pot set at $20 million.
