Meghan Markle, who was recently parodied in an episode of South Park alongside her husband Prince Harry, is “excited and overwhelmed”.
Although the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are not identified in the episode titled “The Worldwide Privacy Tour,” one can surmise that it is actually a parody of the fallen British royal couple.
In fact, the episode is full of references to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, whether it’s their “wish” for privacy or the Duke’s biography. Markle has even been dubbed a “sorority girl, actress, influencer, and victim.”
The actress was “annoyed by South Park but would refuse to watch it all,” a source told British media The Spectator.
It couldn’t have come at a worse time for her given the legal battle between her and her half-sister Samantha Markle, who is suing her for defamation after the revealing interview with Oprah Winfrey, in which the Duchess spoke specifically about their troubled relationship with the royal family .
According to her half-sister, Meghan Markle would have damaged her reputation if she said she grew up as an only child. However, Samantha Markle claims the two dated frequently when they were young.
Sources also said there would be friction within the couple due to the backlash following the release of Prince Harry’s memoir, The Spectator reported.
