Meghan Markle appears to have rediscovered the high street as she donned a £135 Cos cashmere jumper for a surprise appearance in a Clevr advert.
The Duchess of Sussex – who is known for her love of designer fashion – has been an investor in the California-based oat latte company since 2020 and showed off her acting chops in her latest Instagram post.
In the 30-second clip, the company's co-founder Hannah Mendoza can be seen walking through the grounds and describing how they had to “call in reinforcements” to deal with the busy holiday season.
In the background, the 42-year-old royal mother of two can be seen packing boxes and wearing the company's branded hoodie.
The gray sweatshirt — which is not available for purchase — was a partnership between Clevr and Loud Flower Art, another Santa Barbara-based company.

The oversized hoodie features a light blue illustration on the back depicting a moon and sun watching a Clevr brew being poured into a cup.
Later in the video, Meghan quickly runs in front of the camera while punching another employee.
While holding two bags of the brand's Matcha Superlatte blend, the Duchess wears a light blue cashmere sweater from Cos.
The high street item – which costs £135 – features a ribbed neckline and cuffs.
Meghan paired the knitted sweater with $195 (£154) black skinny jeans from La Ligne, a fashion brand founded by former Vogue editors and based in New York.
The Duchess completed her outfit with her Céline Triomphe sunglasses, which cost a further £400.
Elsewhere in the video, Meghan can be seen sitting at a desk as she undergoes another outfit change.
The former Suits actress wore the same black designer jeans for the scene and sipped from a $30 white metal water bottle from Simply Modern.

At another point in the video, Meghan then goes to the office fridge and makes sure Clevr's latte thermos is in view of the camera.
In this short scene, the Duchess appears to be wearing a padded jacket – probably from the designer Moncler.
Clevr Blends posted the video on Instagram today with the caption: “Damn you're keeping us busy right now!” Had to call for backup.
“So grateful for the immense love and support this year – thank you for helping us keep the latte lover’s dream alive and thriving!xo”

Meghan confirmed in December 2020 that she had invested an undisclosed amount in Clevr Brands, which offers a range of powdered lattes.
And around that time, the former senior queen used her connections to promote the company, founded in January 2019 and led by CEO Hannah Mendoza, by sending a basket of products to her neighbor Oprah Winfrey, who posted the products online shared.
While the Duchess visited the company and posted a short video from her trip on Instagram earlier this year, in which she was seen sipping a cup of the hot beverage, she has kept pretty quiet over the past three years expressed the investment.
She gave the line a glowing five-star review in November. The former cable actress posted a photo of herself hugging Mendoza and wrote of the range, “One of my favorite ways to start and end each day.”
Clevr is based in Santa Barbara, California. Meghan became aware of it when she apparently tried the superfood coffee in 2017, when the founder sold it at a pop-up store before creating the at-home blend she now sells.
It is also based near Montecito, where Harry and Meghan live.
In a statement to Fortune confirming the investment in 2019, Meghan said: “This investment is in support of a passionate entrepreneur who prioritizes building community alongside her business.”
“I'm proud to invest in Hannah's commitment to sourcing ethical ingredients and creating a product that I personally love and that takes a holistic approach to wellness. “I believe in her and I believe in her company.”
