Meghan Markle’s Pilates guru pal was in high spirits as she celebrated the Fourth of July with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Heather Dorak, who is from Texas but now lives in LA, became 40-year-old Meghan’s trainer while she was working on Suits and attending the royal wedding with her husband Matt Cohen in May 2018.
An important part of her North American inner circle since the Megxit, she visited Prince Harry, 37, and Meghan in Canada in January 2020, shortly after they left the UK after stepping down as senior royals.
And over the weekend, she starred in snaps shared on social media with the Sussexes and their baby son Archie as they watched a local parade in the trendy mountain town of Jackson Hole, Wyo.

Heather, who is from Texas but now lives in LA, became Meghan’s coach while she was working on Suits (pictured).
Heather runs the Pilates Platinum brand, which the Duchess visited in Los Angeles while she was starring in Suits. It is believed that this is how the couple met.
Pilates Platinum classes are billed as an “inventive and aggressive” approach to fat burning and full-body conditioning.
Meghan frequently shared snaps of herself and Heather on her now-defunct Instagram account before it shut down ahead of the royal wedding.
In interviews published before her relationship with Prince Harry became public, Meghan gushed about her “amazing” and “inspirational” friend Heather.

Meghan once told Women’s Health Magazine, “There are so many workouts that you try once and never pick up again; Heather’s Studio is the complete opposite.
“You keep coming back for a number of reasons: First, your body changes instantly… give it two courses and you’ll see a difference; Secondly, Heather is amazing – as a teacher, as a friend, she is inspirational in every way.
“Finally, the people in the class are cool, unpretentious, and uplifting… and that’s a testament to Heather’s energy.”
Heather has remained a member of the Duchess’ tight-knit squad of girls and is believed to have hosted Meghan’s secret bachelorette party ahead of her marriage to Prince Harry.
The now Duchess of Sussex previously called Heather’s Pilates classes “hands down the best thing you can do for your body”.

Meghan, who starred with Heather in another social media snap from her acting days, has previously described her friend’s workout as “hands down the best thing you can do for your body.”
The pair mingled with guests including George and Amal Clooney at the ceremony at St George’s Chapel, followed by a lavish after-party at Frogmore House.
The friends were also both pregnant at the same time in late 2018, with Heather being one of the first friends to visit the Duke and Duchess when they were briefly based in Vancouver following their departure from the UK in 2020.
And now the families seem to have grown so close that they spent the holiday weekend together.
Photos shared on social media, which have since been deleted, showed Heather standing with Prince Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, at the local parade with their three-year-old son Archie.

In the snaps, Heather was seen in a brown jumpsuit while chatting to other attendees at the event.
She went on to share her own photos from the event on her Instagram story, posing with her children waving American flags at the parade.
In the snaps of the Duke and Duchess, Meghan appeared to be wearing a pair of skinny jeans, a white tank top and a wide-brimmed felt fedora hat.
Harry wore a polo shirt and dark pants while Archie wore a red, white and blue baseball cap and sucked on a lollipop while absorbing the action.

Neither Harry’s nor Meghan’s faces could be seen, so it could not be confirmed if they were the couple.
A woman who shared the photos on Facebook wrote: “This big tough guy has told us twice that he’s reserving seats for a family. I am [like] “Okay, do you want us to move?” (Which of course we wouldn’t do). He said, “Oh no, I just want you to know.”
“I thought, well, it must be the royal family” (very sarcastic way of thinking)!
“One minute late[r]meg[h]a Markle and Prince Harry arrive with Little Archie! I thought, “Well damn it’s the royal family”. The big guy was the bodyguard.

The social media user said she hasn’t broken up with family and the Sussexes have been hanging out with friends.

It’s not known who the group was visiting, but it’s possible a number of Harry and Meghan’s wealthy connections have a home in Jackson Hole. Or they could have rented one of the ultra-luxurious vacation properties.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have kept a relatively low profile since returning to the US following the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations last month.
They were spotted on a trip to their neighbor Oprah Winfrey’s and performing at a California polo tournament.
Prince Harry also made a virtual appearance at the Diana Awards on his mother’s 61st birthday.
