Melissa McCarthy made a fashion forward appearance at the 10th Annual Bring Change to Mind Revels and Revelations Gala in San Francisco on Wednesday night.
The comedian donned an eye-catching ensemble as she attended the star-studded fundraiser, which was hosted by non-profit organization Bring Change to Mind, co-founded by Glenn Close, 75.
The Gilmore Girls graduate, 52, received the honorary award from Robin Williams Legacy of Laughter in the evening and was seen sharing a warm hug with the Fatal Attraction star.

The Bridesmaids star opted for a pop of color for her outfit as she arrived at the event in town.
The actress and comedian wore a turquoise long-sleeved blouse that she tucked into the waist of fluid pants of the same color.
To add a touch of glamor to the eye-catching ensemble, Melissa added a white Valentino belt at her waist.
The mother of two slipped into a pair of closed white heels to complete her overall look for the gala.

For an extra pop of color, Melissa was spotted carrying a rainbow-style handbag as she posed for a brief photo session upon arrival.
Her hair was parted in the middle and fell in elegant waves over her shoulders.
Glenn was also in attendance to support the 10th Annual Gala hosted by her non-profit organization, Bring Change to Mind. The award-winning actress co-founded the organization in 2010 to help break down the stigma around mental illness.
The star herself was stylishly chic in a black and white polka dot jacket and long matching skirt that fell to the floor. She slipped on a pair of white combat boots to add an edgy touch to the look.
She was pictured sharing a hug with Melissa as the two bumped into each other while snapping some snaps.

During her speech at the 6th Robin Williams Legacy of Laughter Awards ceremony, Melissa addressed the issue of mental health to the guests.
“Nobody in this room or in this world isn’t unaffected by the shame or stigma of mental illness, either for ourselves or for people we love, or for both,” she explained, Mercury News reported.
The Ghostbusters actress also expressed her gratitude for the award.
“I don’t know if I can really put into words what it means to be in the same hemisphere as Robin Williams,” she said. “The power with which he made people laugh has such a meaningful effect on the whole world.”

Not only numerous stars were present at the gala, but also local politicians who supported Bring Change to Mind.
According to the nonprofit’s official website, Glenn co-founded the organization after her sister was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and her nephew was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder.
The nonprofit also focuses on teen and high school involvement. At the event, Glenn spoke about her organization.
“In a world that’s largely mute when it comes to mental illness, we decided our tagline would be ‘start the conversation,'” she explained, according to Mercury News.
Other celebrities attending the gala in support of Glenn and her charitable organization included comedian Jay Pharoah, Robin Williams’ son Zak Williams and his wife Olivia June.
