Britney Spears claims she was punched in the face by Spurs San Antonio star safety Victor Wembanyama of France.

While the basketball player released a statement claiming Britney Spears “grabbed him from behind” and his guard simply “pushed her back,” Toxic’s interpreter gave his version of events in a lengthy statement on Instagram Thursday evening ( 6th, 23rd July).
“I decided to go up to him and congratulate him on his success. “There was a lot of uproar so I tapped her on the shoulder to get her attention,” she wrote. I am aware of the player statement (sic) that says I grabbed him from behind but just patted him on the shoulder. His security then slapped me in the face in front of the crowd without looking back. I almost fell and my glasses fell off my face.

“I’m always bombarded by people. In fact, that night I was harassed by a group of at least 20 fans. My security team didn’t attack any of them,” she added.
Britney Spears then called on Victor Wembanyama and his security team to publicly apologize for the “traumatic” and “very embarrassing” incident.
“I have yet to receive any public apologies from the player, his security team or his organization. I hope they will… I don’t like it either and I don’t think it’s funny. “In that situation, watching the player smile and laugh was cruel and demoralizing,” she continued.

The singer ended her post by thanking the Las Vegas Police Department for their support and her fans for “the tremendous amount of love and support I’m receiving right now.”
In his Instagram Stories, Britney Spears’ husband Sam Asghari called the guard “out of control” and added that he hopes the man “learns a lesson and changes his contempt for women” after this altercation.
