The reporter has not yet been found.
Poisoning, possibly from eating Halloween candy, was also reported to the SPVG police. The investigations are ongoing.
– It is important to carefully check all the treats collected by the children.
– Upon inspection, all treats with one or more of the following characteristics must be discarded:
– A punctured or damaged packaging;
– The lack of sealed commercial packaging (e.g. in a Ziploc bag);
– An unusual statement such as “THC, medicinal, cannabis-infused, etc.” or the presence of cannabis leaf logos.
As an extra precaution, it’s best to check the insides of treats like candy bars and chews before allowing children to eat them.
