Mexican singer and actor, Pedro FernandezHer reaction to the images of a Cuban boy singing the song was spectacular “The Girl With Dimples” in a video that it has gone viral on social media in the last few days.
“BRAVO!!!!! Thank you for singing my songs, greetings and blessings”the Mexican artist wrote on Twitter in response to a tweet by Cuban activist Yannis Estrada with the video in which he tagged the Mexican star.
“I’m glad you saw it”Estrada, in turn, was pleased that the artist responded to the images.
The recording of a 10-year-old boy singing in the middle of a city street CamagueyIt was shared thousands of times on Facebook in just over a month.
“Please don’t ignore him, he’s a kid with a bright future, share until he gets into the hands of someone who is interested and wants to help him. Imagine he could be a relative of one of yours with a great talent to develop well. They know they can’t find a good path on the street and can’t take advantage of such a beautiful voice,” asked netizen Nair Marrero, who first shared the pictures.
In the video, the boy, whose name has not been published, interprets a fragment of the most famous song from La niña de los hoyitos, a 1984 Mexican film starring Pedro Fernández, then a boy, which was shown to great acclaim in Cuban cinemas.
Hundreds of Cubans have expressed their admiration for the vocal abilities of the boy from Camaguey in recent days and have suggested that the minor’s relatives should arrange for him to pursue his talent at an art school.
