A Miami subject has been arrested by police authorities after committing lewd behavior with a minor as young as 11 years old.
According to the local media report, the detainee was identified as Jorge Alberto Reyes-Jiménez, 52, who, like nothing, asked the girl to spread her legs as she sat inside a Home Depot store in Little Havana.
It turned out that the victim did nothing but wait for her parents, who were shopping in the store. In an instant, the aberration approached him and asked if his parents were “nearby.”
Immediately afterwards, the person asked the girl “if she likes older men,” and then made the cruel request that she spread her legs, assuring that no one nearby “would notice.”
But the victim, who sought immediate help, hailed a local worker. The worker then informed the Miami Police Department of the situation.
“He sat in front of the victim and looked directly between her legs to get a better position and see over her dress,” the police report said.
For his part, Reyes-Jiménez claimed that he was only listening to audio recordings on his phone and talking to himself about what he allegedly heard. However, the report emphasizes that the detainee “remembers asking the victim if she was alone, if she was afraid of him, and if he wanted her to leave.”
He also assured that he never asked the victim to open her legs, but that there was “a possibility” to say something similar, but not directly to her.
Now the defendant must await the determination of vigorous US justice while he remains at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on $7,500 bail.
