Michael B. Jordan got the chance to stand up to the woman who bullied him in high school when he walked the red carpet at the premiere of Creed III in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever star, 36, spoke to Morning Hustle host Lore’l, with whom he attended Chad Science Academy in Newark, New Jersey as a teenager.
Lore’l asked him questions on the carpet.
Michael – who wore a double-breasted suit to the NYC premiere of Creed III – recognized his classmate.
“Oh yeah, I was the cheesy kid, right? I heard it,” Michael said to Lore’l. Jordan was referring to a recent episode of her podcast, Undressed, in which she said he was “cheesy” for bringing his “stupid” headshot to school.
If looks could kill: Michael B. Jordan got a chance to stand up to the woman who bullied him in high school when he walked the red carpet at the premiere of Creed III in Atlanta, Georgia. He snapped at Morning Hustle host Lore¿l, whom he attended with Last Laugh at Chad Science Academy in Newark, New Jersey
The two have quite a history.
On the podcast, Lore’l admitted that she and her friends made fun of the Just Mercy star’s name when they were in high school.
“To be honest, we teased him the whole friggin’ time because his name was Michael Jordan. Let’s start with that, and he wasn’t Michael Jordan,” she said roughly.
Then she went in for another swing.
“And he came to school shot in the head, too,” she said.
“We lived in Newark, that’s the hood. We made fun of him like, “What are you doing with that stupid headshot!?” And now look at him,” she said.

She also mocked Jordan’s Valentine’s Day gift to his ex-girlfriend Lori Harvey, calling him “a cheesy guy.”
Back then he rented out an aquarium for Lori’s special occasion.
But Lore’l was in for a rude awakening when she confronted the “Without Remorse” actor, saying, “We go way back, all the way back to Chad Science Academy in Newark.”
It turns out the Fruitvale Station actor had heard the podcast where she mentioned their former connection and he remembered exactly who she was.
Then he made his comment.
Trying to hide her shock, Lore’l said, “I said we used to make fun of the name. But yeah, well, you’re not cheesy anymore.’
The Fahrenheit 451 actor’s fans were quick to defend him on social media.
“You called him cheesy. Now you have to call him actor, director, superstar, Hollywood mogul. Living legend. He took that shit personally,” commented one fan.
“That’s why you don’t bully, tease or bully people. Now she’s working the red carpet at his film premiere. A moment to come full circle that money can’t buy tbh,” added another.

And Jordan has the last laugh. He was a working actor from age 12, appearing on The Sopranos, Cosby, The Wire and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation before he turned 16.
When he was old enough to get his driver’s license, he also starred on the long-running soap opera All My Children.
Last week, the actor sat down for an interview with the hosts of Good Morning America.
“As successful as you are, you stay hungry. There’s this desire within you to be everything you can be,” the hosts said.
The Fantastic Four star replied, “Life is short.”
He credited his parents for setting an example for him of how hard they worked. The Wakanda Forever star also mentioned that he understands loss.
“Having people close to me who aren’t here anymore and understanding that you have less time to make a difference and want to inspire people to do better, especially for the next generation,” he said.
“As long as I can lead by example and squeeze every drop out of this thing called life, I will,” he added.
