I want to be able to understand a country, understand it, in the truest sense of the word. It's never the hits and highlights, must-see's or must-see's that I'm looking for. I'm interested in regional things. I want to eat what you eat, laugh at what you laugh and be surprised by what you are surprised at. This is how I experience life and discover moments that aren't even worth mentioning, but that I still treasure. Life consists of the flapping of seemingly insignificant wings that, when put together, form the big picture. The meaning of this cannot be defined objectively, only understood subjectively. What a magnificent mosaic of colorful Polaroids! And what a treasure in a world that thrives on acceleration.
